Funimation is old, has had tons of time to collect license of anime and such. I also don't have good experiences with funimation. Funimation has way more dubs than crunchyroll, but i never really.

Funimation Does Have Sub Only Series But Their Main Selling Point Is That They Dub Almost Of The Shows They Acquire.

Even though subtitles play a much larger role on crunchyroll, funimation actually gives you more options for adjusting how subtitles appear along with changing your language. For continuing seasons funimation will no longer put up new anime it will only be available on crunchyroll. Should i get funimation or crunchyroll?

General Opinion Is That Funimation Has Dubs And Crunchyroll Has Subs But It's Not As Cut And Dry As That Because Both Have Subs And Dubs, It's Just That Funi Is.

It has crunchyroll's library and hidive's library, so it has plenty of dubs, plus the video player is better than funimation's. Crunchyroll has a larger quantity of anime compared to funimation, but funimation has more dubbed anime. I want to switch over to crunchyroll cause there are other shows i want to watch, but fruits basket is my number one priority and i really need to watch it but only in english.

Plus, Crunchyroll Has The Manga Section (Read Sweetness & Lightning And Silver.

While crunchyroll's humongous anime library hands down the winner, there's more to the anime on funimation. The only reason to pick one over the other is which company has the anime you want licensed. Crunchyroll hasn't had such a along time.
