I Would Say The Game Is More Mmo Then Elder Scrolls And The Lore Is What.
In my opinion, the eso is worth playing in 2019. They found a way to literally make the lore boring, setting bland, and combat awful. You may hear people (including myself) complain sometimes on these forums but that's because we care about the direction the game goes.

The Eso Has Undergone A Ton Of Quality Of Life Changes And Has Gotten A Ton Of Updates Since Its Inception.
Nobody wants to watch someone else play it. If you enjoy a different kind of pvp experience, you’ll probably enjoy the imperial city and gain some good armor sets in the process. It’s not unlikely for eso to have a similarly sweet deal with the xbox game pass, so keep your eyes peeled!

I can understand some one saying the ps4 version is better. Eso has the best leveling experience out of any mmo, hands down. Endgame in ffxiv is just running the same dungeons over and over for tokens to buy.
